고온용 특수열선을 엄선하여 세라믹 코어에 정밀하게 감은 발열 코일을 히터 파이프 내벽에 근접 배치하고 우수한 고순도 MgO로 견고하게 압축하여 고형화 했습니다. 따라서 긴 수명을 보장합니다.

Each micro heater is individually customized and designed to fit each customer’s
unique requirements.
There is a heating wire inside which is wound onto a ceramic core, and it is solidified
by compressing with high purity Mgo. It guarantees excellent durability.
It is ideal for applications where high, concentrated power is required within small spaces.

작지만 압축공법으로 인하여 높은 열전도를 도와 높은 절연 강도를 유지하고,
균일한 온도를 지속적으로 공급하고 높은 온도에서도 산화와 침식을 방지합니다.
These heaters are 2.7 Ø. Swaged construction allows for higher watt densities,
higher operating temperatures, and longer heater life.
It also provides good thermal conductivity and resistance to corrosion and scaling.
